In 2002 Shredd co-founded The Facility, a backyard wrestling organization amongst a few friends. The original four included a guy Whitto, Syco and Jimmy D’ranged, all battling for the Facility X-treme Championship. The Facility expanded in time, when more wrestlers eager to show their skills emerged, including one called NeXuS. Over time The Facility ran well, but soon people were leaving. A new company had been founded, No Limits Wrestling. With only Shredd and Syco left, and NeXus and Jimmy D now with the NLW, it was agreed to abandon The Faculty and join the NLW.
Shredd did not stay for long in the NLW, and after he left he was not seen for 3 years.

The Facility had been abandoned since the NLW began, in 2007 Shredd made a return with Syco in tow to find it destroyed. Determined to find some answers, Shredd and Syco both headed to the JWF.

Shredd made his debut in the JWF at Home Is Where The Hurt Is V against Syco. After an impressive match both guys were approached by The Futureshock and were instantly in with the wrong crowd.

After the promises of gold did not come, Shredd left The Futureshock still filled with anger, hatred and rage, and directed it all at Syco, challenging him to a Loser Leaves JWF Lumberjack Match. After Shredd beat Syco he retreated back to his original wrestling home, The Facility with one goal in mind; to find himself. He would continue to wrestle for the JWF, and a change would come about one year after Shredd joined.

At Home Is Where The Hurt Is VI Shredd had brought a new goal to the table, to create and lead the greatest Tag Team and Stable in JWF history. The wheels started turning when he recruited Dan Dryland after his loss of the UV Title at Home Is VI to LJ Rose. Shredd took Dryland back to The Facility and The Reality was born.

After realizing they were a Tag Team not to be reckoned with, Shredd and Dryland collectively made their way through the Tag Team ranks before claiming the Tag Team Championships at JWF Fallout in January 2009, and then tearing through every team that believed they could defeat them.

After taking out all teams put in front of them and making their mark as the greatest Tag Team in the history of the JWF, The Reality made the decision to bring in a third member. At Big Trouble In Littlehampton, one year after The Reality was founded, Mr. Jim was saved from a beat down at the hands of The Massive and he was formally introduced as the newest member.

With The Reality now to the power of 3, and the questions surrounding The Facility still unanswered, Shredds journey continues…
