Former ring announcer fed up with being constantly beaten down on, Karn's move at 2009's Fallout was the last straw, packing in the job of assistant General Manager and ring announcing to give the fans what they have been chanting for "Jim For Champ".

At Big Trouble In Littlehampton, Mr. Jim managed to fight off Bill Dozer and "Sterling" Shaun Clark, AKA The Massive in a 6 Man Elimination Tag Match, and win the match. The Massive wern't too happy about this, and beat down on him.

The Reality came to Mr. Jim's aid, and formally inducted him as the 3rd member.
