Karnage's debut was a victory over Rage. Who hasn't beaten Rage though right? He then had his creator and Tag partner Dr. Manderstein. They swiftly managed to pick up the Tag belts at Halloween Hell 05. Lately however "The Gimp", as he's been affectionately dubbed by the fans, has seemed to be a bit pushed out by the good Doctor since Raziel has come out of the Lab. It could be that lately Gimpy has been making a lot of mistakes including pulling Manderstein out of the BattleBowl for a hug and thus eliminating him. Gimpy formed a rather worrying friendship with the gay icon Logan for a short time, but the pairing failed to live up to the expectations as far as Gimpy was concerned. When put in a match against Nexus, who ordered Gimpy take the mask off, it was revealed it was none other than his little brother, Lucian Killia. After Nexus tried to injure his 'joke' of a brother with a pilmanizer, Lucian and Gimpy seemed to merge and Karnage has vowed to take his business in the ring alot more seriously.
Under his creator's direction, Karnage now appears focused on the tag team gold.
